Had the chance to spend part of the day on Harrington Harbour island where they filmed La Grande Séduction. The town famous for having boardwalks winding everywhere through the village, no roads no cars, with its population of 260 people, is located just off of the Gulf of St. Lawrence north shore. Only way in is either a 30 minute boat ride in summer or by helicopter/skidoo in winter. I think I never ate this well. Fresh Cod fish with crab salad and a Chicouté (local berry that only grows on the lower north shore) cheese cake for dessert. I dont often write about places I go to but I thought id share!
