Had trouble with a sewage pipe backing up in the basement so my bro-in-law came over to help. Used pipewrench to take the plug off the pipe and covered part of our basement in poop. Then the snake didnt work so the pipe was still backed up and then the cover wouldnt go back on the pipe. Long story short, plumber told me 2 rubber plug the pipe & call the city on Monday because it might be their sewer thats causing the problem {this is the 2nd time in under a year weve had problems near that pipe}
