Had watched a YouTube video on making Turmeric Golden Milk a few years ago and since I now am buying raw organic milk from Organic Pastures Dairy- RAW DAIRY PRODUCTS over in Angels Camp at the Angels Food Market I am so giddy at how this really does seem to work on helping rid me of painful joints. Am also trying to add turmeric as well as cumin to at least one meal a day be it soup, stew, stir fry. Anyone else like turmeric and or cumin? Also like hot sauces and never knew there were so many varieties. Or that I could make my own so easily.
