Had wonderful dinner tonite -- better than most upscale restaurants. Seared pork chops with special sauce was dynamite. 1 inch thick chops and the rich sauce fantastic. Accompanying it was a baked apple and pearl onion creation and steamed broccoli and cauliflower. Susan getting creative and making great meals. Always has been great cook, just took some time off. Coming back to her now. Unfortunately, she burned her arm badly splashing oil from pork chops and I had to finish under her supervision. Think the arm will be OK, but sure it hurts.
