Hadees al Mufakharah [Discussion Between Imam Ali (as) & Imam Husayn (as))]! Ibn Abbas narrates that RASOOL ALLAH (sawaws) said - when I visited skies, I saw written on the doors of heaven that there is no God but Allah (s.w.t.) and Mohammad (sawaws) is his Prophet and Ali (as) is Wali of Allah and Hassan (as) and Husayn (as) are sons of Prophet (sawaws) and Fatima (sa) is Sifwatullah, whosoever rejected Them or did Ghazab / zulm on Them, there will be Lanat of Allah on him. He then said: One day RASOOL ALLAH (sawaws) was sitting and Amir ul Momineen HZ ALI (as) was present with Him, Imam Hussain (as) came there & the Prophet took Him in His lap; and kissed His forehead and lips; at that time his age was not more than 6 years; Ali (as) said “O Prophet (sawaws)! Do You love My Son?” Prophet (sawaws) said “how can I not love when He is a part of Me” Ali (as) said “do U keep Me more friend or Hussain (as)?” Hussain replied “Father, who is better in Nasab (lineage) and Sharaf, He will be more beloved, and greater in status” Ali (as) said “should We not tell our pride” Hussain (as) said “I am willing” Moula ALI(as) said O Hussain (as) “I am Amir-ul-Momineen, Tongue of Truthful, Helper of Mustafa (pbuh), Treasure of knowledge of Allah, Chosen one in HIS creation, The guide to heaven of the people of earlier times, The one who paid the debts of holy prophet, Hamza is My uncle who lives in paradise, Jafar is My brother who flies with angels in paradise, I am judge from Prophet’s side, I am his right hand, I am the one who took Surat-ul-Baraat by the order of Allah to people of mecca, I am the one who was chosen by Allah in his creation I am that strong rope regarding which Allah said . I am the shining star of Allah, I am the one whom angels do Ziarat (look) I am the Tongue of Allah I am His Hujjat over His people, I am His Strong Hand I am His Face in Skies I am His Shining Side I am the one regarding whom Allah said “They are the Respected People who do not step ahead of Him and always follow His orders” I am that handhold which will not break, Allah is all listening and all knowing. I am the door to Allah from which one should gain entry I am His knowledge on siraat (path) I am the Baitullah (house) of Allah, whosoever entered, he got peace. And whosoever got hold of My Wilayat and love, he is safe from hell fire. I am the one who killed oath breakers of Jamal, cruel of Sifeen, and out of religion Kharajis, I am killer of Kuffar, Father of orphans, Safe guard of widows I am the one whose Wilayat will be asked on the day of Qaymat. And Allah said “you will be asked regarding blessings” And I am that blessing which has been given to people I am the one Regarding whom Allah said “I perfected Deen on this day and completed my blessings, and I’m willing that Islam is your religion” So who will love Me, will be a Muslim, and such a Momin whose religion is perfect. I am the one because of whom you gained guidance, And Allah said regarding My enemies “stop them, they have to be asked. I am the great news by which Allah perfected His religion on the day of Ghadeer and Khaiber, I am the one regarding whom Prophet said “Of who-so-ever I am Maula, this ALI is his Maula” I am the Prayer of Momin I am HAYYA ALA SALAT I am HAYYA ALAL FALAH I am HAYYA ALA KHAIR IL AMAL, I am the one for the enemies of whom Allah said “A questioner asked for such punishment which was to happen, and which cannot be stopped” [surat ul maariaj, 1, 2]\ And the Kafirs mean those who reject my Wilayat like Noman bin Harith al Yahoodi, may the curse of Allah be on him I will call people to the pond, and no one else will call Momins; I am father of Tahir Aimmah; I am the weighing machine on the day of Qayamat; I am the Yasoob-ud-Deen, I am the one who is leader of Momineen to the good; I am the forgiveness from Allah; My companions will be My friends on that day as they parted away from My enemies , they will not be scared at the time of death, and they will not be worried; and they will not be punished in their graves; they will be martyrs and truthful on that day who will be happy; I am the one whose Shias took oath that they will not be friend with enemies of Allah and his Prophet and will not have friendly relations with them even if they are their parents or sons I am the one whose Shias will enter paradise without judgment; I am the one who has His Shias name written in file; I am the helper of Momins, and will do their Shafaat in the court of Allah I am the one who hit with two swords and two lancers I am the one who killed kafirs in Badar and Hunayn; I am the one who killed well-armed kafirs in uhud; I am the one who killed Amr bin Abdaood in Ihzaab; I am the one who killed amr and Marhab (la), I am the one who killed brave men of khaiber I am the one regarding whom Jibrail (a.s.) said “there is no victory without Ali (as) and there is no sword without Zulfiqar” I am the one who won Mecca; I am the one who destroyed laat and aza; and destroyed their glory; I vanished Habal and Manat I am the one who destroyed idols while standing on the shoulders of prophet; I am the one who destroyed yaghooth, yaooq and nasr (idols); I am the one who killed kafirs for the sake of Allah; I am the one who gave ring to the asker, I am the one who slept on the bed of Prophet, and saved Him by from Mushriks; I am the one from whom jins are scared; I am the one because of whom Allah is worshipped; I am the translator of Allah revelation; and mirror of His knowledge. I am the one who killed fighters in Sifeen and Jamal I am the distributor of heaven and hell. At that time Ali (as) stopped (got quiet) Holy prophet told Imam Hussain (as) “O Hussain (as)! Did U hear what Your Father said? What He counted is 1/10th of tenth part of his Fazayel; rather He is greater than this. Imam Hussain (as) said: “All glories are for Allah who gave some Momineen preference over all creation; and chose Our Grandfather for the revelation of Quran, and its explanation, and speaking to Jibrail; and made Us from amongst the chosen ones, and gave Us preference and height over all creation” Then imam Hussain (as) said “O Amir ul Momineen! Whatever You said is all correct” Prophet (sawaws) then said “O Hussain! Now tell about Yourself” Imam Hussain (as) said “O father! I am Son of Ali bin Abi Talib (as), I’m Son of Syedah tun nisa Fatima Zahra (as), I am Grandson of Mohammad Mustafa (sawaws) who is the chief of Bani Adam and there is no doubt in that; O Ali (as) ! My Mother is greater than Yours near Allah and all people; And My Grandfather is greater than Yours near Allah and all people, I am the one whose cradle was moved by Jibrail, and Israfeel came to see Me; “O Ali (as)! You are greater than Me near Allah, and I take pride over You in terms of Fore- fathers and Mothers” Then Imam Hussain (as) stood up and hugged His Father and kissed Him; and Imam Ali (as) took Him near His chest, and kissed Him; and said “O Aba Abdullah (as)! May Allah increase Your greatness, pride, knowledge, hilm, and may Allah curse those who will be cruel to You”.
