Lemme tell you what is coming- a huge nitric acid plant (explosives) with a coal liquefication plant lotso big trucks moving thru a rural community, who is gonna pay to keep up the road, cause, if yall will notice, you got to JC they got purty plants in the median you go to Erwin they got new paint and new purty signs, but in Greene Co. you take your life in your hands trying to look past the weeds to get on a highway, we cant even cut the damn weeds..................And they are out on the street corners giving away the tax payers money...... And they wanna raise your PROPERTY TAXES while they are giving US Nitrogen no taxes and your Industrial Development Board is declaring itself a utility. Now, I may be an actress, but I dont think , Bill Hickerson, Ginny Kidwell, somebody named Walcott, WT Daniesl, Jerry Laughlin, who is making money off the tax payers. YOU, JW Douthat, with a huge conflict of interest, Brian Click, my banker, and the like have the right to give your water, held for you in the public trust----------- to a company so private it aint even on the WALL STREET boards. A PRIVATE COMPANY---------------------- PRIVATE. AND NOW YOUR IDB WANTS TO GIVE YOUR WATER--your governor gave it away and he did not have the right---its called stealing--------for it is not his to give..................vote your conscience and your pocket book on Thurs..........................
