Haha, because Im a Dream on the Dance Floor… haha NOT. But I do like being able to put a quick workout circuit together! Do enough videos and the individual exercises will be ingrained in your head so you can put your own circuits together if youre in a pinch. This is a Plyometrics inspired circuit I put together from Insanity, actually! Suicide Drills Jump Squats Mt. Climbers Ski Jumps Level 1 Drills (4 PUs, 8 count floor sprints) Plank Switch Throughs (made that name up) Do each for 1 minute for 3 rounds. Twenty minutes and youre done! Yes, that is my son bopping around in front of the camera. He finally figured out he needed to scoot back to be fully seen, lol.
