Hahahaha, any domain in hands of third parties that show fit usage in line of my invention "tabgoal" is a violation of my intellectual property right, without having obtained my explicit approval in line of linked expression purposes. These rights I do claim as the inventor of the created expression in all its forms, explicitely as the creator of its name reflecting its usable form on and by tabs on beveragecans, as well in respect of the 2d & 3d visual goal development at use, as well as what it enhences towards my extending knowledge in marketing, co-branding, advertising, mediarightvalue, psychology and especially the correlation of such psychology (bridge) regarding supporting consumer behavior towards controlled IT links by electronic devices. Any abusive attempts by 3rd parties regarding the subnames TAB and GOAL, as correlating to, and any of its copycat correlating attempts for any reason by beverages, by beverages to mobile phones and vice versa, or the copycatting of the expression of a goalexpression itself as exposure on a beveragecan tab in whatever attempted shape, will all lead to legal steps in the widest context available as infringement of my intellectual property.
