Haider Movie, 2014: Vishal Bhardwajs adaptation of Hamlet is a masterpiece. Every element in movie are classic from eminent casting, spectacular cinematography, lyrical dialogues to selection of Kashmir Conflict as stories backdrop. The politics is brave, strong, neutral and shares human perspective. The complete absence of fanatic patriotism and jingoism makes the movie stronger. With strong music, great performance from Tabu, Irfan Khan, Kay Kay Menon and decent role handling by Shahid Kapoor the movie provides a strong view on Kashmir issue, condition of human life in war zone and cyclical nature of revenge. The usage ‘Hum hain ki hum nahin’ (To be or not to be) is deep and brilliant. Its a must watch, for people who wants to have a movie with Chutzpah !
