RE: B-1 Non-immigrant visa Application for . . . Dear Sir or Madame: This letter is submitted in support of the application to non-immigrant visa application of our fellow church members. Haitian Mission Evangelical Melchissedeck (HMEM) is a non-profit organization, established in 1981 that’s operates in the United states and in Haiti. We currently have 12 churches and 12 schools and 1 orphanage. From February, First week of july2015 till the end of july,2015. HMEM will be holding a seminar/training for the leaders that will conduct several workshops and courses. The goal of this seminar is to educate our leaders and to be better knowledgeable on providing superior service to the Haitian community. HMEM will be responsible for all accommodation expenses while the leaders are in the united states. There is an attached affidavit of support confirming that we have sufficient means to provide for the support of the leaders during the seminars while their visit in the united states.
