Hal had his appointment with the urologist today. He is being referred to another doctor who specializes in the surgery he needs. He will be having just part of his kidney removed rather than the whole kidney (unless circumstances say otherwise when they are in there) We should hear from this new doctor in the next few days- hopefully an appointment to see him in the next couple of weeks- then surgery in the next couple of months. And no chemo or radiation as they dont help with kidney cancer like this. The surgery will be able to get it all. Whew!!!! Waiting some more. We had a lot of our questions answered today and are feeling positive- but hate waiting!!!!!!
