Halal Foodies Take Over The last few years have witnessed many creative enterprises and startups popping up. One such enterprise is a company called The Baking Tray, set up by Saema Rangrez, a project manager at a hospital in East London, which is different from the typical bakery because it is a fully halal service. To cater for this rising niche of halal foodies, more and more entrepreneurial people are rushing to fill this gap.
