Disappointment voice by me, Invisibility Cloakᴬᴰᴹᴵᴺ This is not cool... okay... not cool... It may be some joke for the author and some fans but I think that it is just ridiculous.... First of all, you didnt apologize for being offensive to the real fans and secondly there are some Peasants who actually enjoyed it and told other FANS to chill out..... I did not enjoy it, and if were not laughing...its not funny... whats so funny about Peeta being down all the time??? If half you lot had read the books, you would not be laughing your asses (pardon my language) off... even if Josh made a joke about it, its fine.. hes Peeta... Im not reading way into it, but its just ridiculous and degrading to place him down like a loser...which he is NOT! *SPOILER ALERT!!* *IF YOU HAVENT WATCHED THE MOVIE / READ THE BOOKS / DONT WANT TO BE SPOILED - DONT READ FROM HERE ON* *IF YOU HAVE ACCIDENTALLY READ... iM SORRY, I CANT CONTROL HOW THE POST LOOKS ON DIFFERENT DEVICES...* . . . . . . . . . . . . . 1. Almost Drowning Right Off the Bat - Excuse you if you havent read the book and didnt know that Peeta cant actually swim. Katniss had swimming lessons in the lake her dad brought her too, so that is why she could swim to safety and Finnick is from district 4 (DUH!)... 2. Getting Zapped by the Force Field - in case you havent noticed, he was leading the way, chopping off the leaves for them... and yeah, he doesnt know how the force field looked like because Beetee and Wiress only told Katniss about it... 3. Succumbing to the Poison Gas First - oh this is low even for you.... in case your glasses fell off, you do realize that he got gassed because he ran back to save Katniss who fell down? no, you probably didnt realize that... mags only gave up her life because she knew that she would never survive anyway... not something to joke about... 4. Falling All the Damn Time - yeah it wasnt told in the movie, but if you had picked up the book, you would have realized that he has prosthetic leg which makes his movements harder... its not something to joke about as well.... 5. Not Really Understanding the Whole Attacked-by-Monkeys Thing - he was getting water for THEM when the monkeys started attacking... he saved Katniss ... the Morphling jumped in front of him to save him - not because she didnt know what to do... its all part of the plan to save katniss (in case you havent noticed) 6. Uselessness During the Clock Sequence - OMG DID YOU NOT SEE HIM TRY TO GRAB ON BEETEE (or did he grab on beetee, i cant be sure) but its not because hes weak... even Katniss had someone else catch her... 7. Failing to Protect Beetee - of course no one really knows what happened here because Katniss wasnt around, and the book is in her POV, but best guess is he went after the Careers, or ran to find Katniss, just like Finnick ran to find Johanna... 8. Getting Kidnapped by the Capitol - i would blame District 13 for this, for not taking him... not his fault... and JOhanna and Peeta got caught , so not all were saved.. how can they ensure their safety, how could Peeta when he wasnt informed of the plan to get them out of the Arena? People like this just ticks me off because they led those non-readers astray and trust me Ive heard people say why Peeta is weak and seemed to be falling over all the time.. this article just does not do him any justice... hes the pillar in KAtniss strength and hes made a joke here.
