Halloween Activities Good News Christian Fellowship Church Good News Christian Fellowship Church, 214 S. Lexington Ave., Covington, will hold Light the Night Thursday, Oct. 31, from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. The first 1,100 people will receive a sports bottle with candy. There will be hay rides, music, free hot dogs, nachos and drinks, games with prizes for children and inflatable rides. Call 962-5814 for more information. Clifton Forge Presbyterian Church Clifton Forge Presbyterian Church will hold a Trunk or Treat event Thursday at 7 pm. in the church parking lot. David Davis’ Halloween Show Clifton Forge resident David Davis will perform his annual Halloween Show Thursdy at 6 p.m., 7 p.m. and 8 p.m. The performances will be held at his residence, 709 McCormick Boulevard. Davis has held the Halloween show for several years and said that this year will be the biggest he has held. Clifton Forge Historic District Students from the Clifton Middle School will painted Halloween murals on store windows in the Clifton Forge Historic District Thursday. The murals will remain until Nov. 1. Businesses in Clifton Forge will give treats to children in costume for Trick or Treating Oct. 31. Look for the Bat in the window for participating merchants. Something Wicked Haunted Theatre The Historic Masonic Theatre preservation group will host Something Wicked Haunted Theatre Saturday and Wednesday at the theater on Main Street. Hours: Saturday, 7 to 11 p. m.; Wednesday, 7 to 9 p. m. Tickets are $5. The haunted theatre is suitable for ages 12 and up. Dracula:ARock Opera Greenbrier Valley Theatre will present “Dracula: A Rock Opera” Saturday at the theater on Washington Street in Lewisburg. Performances begin at 7:30 p.m. The musical is adapted from Bram Stoker’s novel. The performances will be repeated Nov. 1-2 and 14-16 at 7:30 p. m. and Oct. 31 and Nov. 2 at 2 p. m. Lonestar Advent Christian Church Lonestar Advent Christian Church, 4707 Nicelytown Road, Clifton Forge, will hold a Trunk or Treat from 5:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. Kids can dress up to trick or treat in the church’s parking lot.
