Halton Brook Residents Association Minutes of Meeting held on 23rd July 2013 at 1.45pm Attending – As per register 1. Apologies: As per register. 2. Minutes of last meeting: Agreed as a true record. 3. Matters Arising: John Stockton still following up on 29 The Glebe. No further update on traffic calming system on Halton Brook Avenue. 4. Update: Facebook: Newsletter up and running on Facebook. Newsletter: To be delivered to each house. Fun Day: No rep at meeting. Meeting on 22 July cancelled, next meeting 30 July 2013. Posters to be displayed in shops. 5. Estate Matters: Riverside: Office will close on Tuesdays and Thursday afternoons, starting on 1 August 2013. There will be no impact on staffing levels. Seddon’s: No-one available. Halton Housing Trust: No-one available. There is still no word on finishing the rest of the houses on the estate. The Wardens to investigate problems of cars in car park on Meadway. 6. Councillors: John Stockton had a look at Littlegate re the building work and back of bungalows, which is very overgrown and with no access to rear of bungalows. 7. Any Other Business: J Stockton reported that work will start on Gateway Bridge in January 2014, hopefully to be completed by 2017. When Gateway is completed the Silver Jubilee will close for approximately 9 months for essential repairs to be carried out. 8.
