Ham/Chesse Mached Potatoe Casserole (for six) 12-15 boiled and mashed potatoes 1/4 cup of butter/margarine 1/2 cup sour cream 1 tub of herb and garlic cream cheese (or dill if u prefer) 1 1/2 cup of shredded cheese (your choice, I use cheddar) 1 cup of ham sliced and diced (or sausage/ your choice of meat) 1/4 cup of green onions 4 slices of cooked bacon Mix mashed potatoes with butter until soft, mix in sour cream, cream cheese, 1 cup of shredded cheese, ham together, put in greased pan place green onions, cooked bacon and shredded cheese on top.. cover with tinfoil. If cooking in oven at 375 right away, cook for 20-25 min and uncover to broil until cheese is melted... if waiting for a whole day keep covered in 350 for 45 minutes, uncover until cheese is melted!
