Handwashing continued...when do we wash our hands...well technically there is a long list however, I can shorten it for you. When you change from one food to another and when you touch anything that is not the food you are working with. For example: you are making a cold sub and handled lunch meat with gloved hands, now you need to get some fries to drop in the deep fryer. So you reach to the freezer handle and open door, pull out the fries, dump them in the fryer and go back to making another sub. You should have removed gloves before touching the freezer door handle, washed your hands and put on new gloves before handling the ready to eat food again. #4keys #foodsafety
