Happy 11th birthday to our grey faced grandma dog Dharma Bernice Jellybean! Cant believe she has been out of the shelter and with us for 2 years already! We honestly werent sure if she would even make it a month at first given her condition on arrival from the shelter. She is the sweetest dog and loves EVERY single person she meets. She has taught us how to care for a senior dog and has been amazing with her unconditional affection towards us, even from day 1. She was a bit of a puzzle at first with all of her medical issues... mast cell tumors, pancreatitis, heart issues, her spine arthritis/back leg weakness but shes doing so amazing and has gained so much muscle and strength. She is cancer free as of right now for the first time since we got her as well! We hope for another year with this lady and will keep loving and spoiling her for as long as she wants to be with us! Thanks again to all those people who helped her get up to us in WI from GA. We will celebrate tonight with pupcakes and chicken for dinner...after her ver appointment ;).
