Happy Belated thanksgiving! I have been busy working on a project and I thought I would share a little about it with yall. This is the primitive farm table I built with reclaimed lumber . I finished it just in time for turkey dinner and applied the last coats of wax finish in the wee hours the night before thanksgiving. This was a ambitious undertaking for me ... The table was constructed using pocket joinery and all reclaimed lumber from different buildings around the Hudson Valley. The base is built with 100 year old hand hewn beams from a historic home in beacon N.Y.
