Happy Birthday to New York Yankee great Joltin Joe DiMaggio who was born on 11/25/1914. Joe is considered by many to be the greatest player to ever play the game. He played his entire career with the Yankees 1936-1942 & 1946-1951. Joe was iin the Army from 1943-1946. Joe received many awards during his career:3X AL MVP, 4X All-Star, & he was inducted into the Hall Of Fame in 1955. Joe played in 10 World Series for the Yankees. Joe had a 56 game hitting streak in 1941, which still stands as the record today. Joe passed away at age 85 in 1999. RIP JOE DIMAGGIO.
