Happy Easter to all our FB friends, if you are near Ashbourne today the unveiling of the Arkle Memorial Statue takes place in the town at 2.30pm it is a special occasion for the hunt as the Arkle statue will stand at the site of the old Ward Union Kennels (now the Supervalue Shopping Centre) and our Huntsman Pat Coyle has been asked to blow the hunting horn. Dont forget racing is at Fairyhouse starting tomorrow Sunday and runs over the next two days with the Boyle Sports Irish Grand National on Monday, hope everyone has a great weekend and makes the most of this lovely weather.
