Come join me for a flow class 6pm Black Sheep Yoga Studio - inviting the flow of spring into your life The alchemy of the Spring Equinox represents the joining of opposite forces to create a blending of energy which is alive, potent and expansive. I use this time for balance, and for bringing together what I wish to unite. Whatever I bring to my thoughts will grow- my love, my wishes, my intentions, my visions, my hopes and dreams. Whatever I give my energy to will grow, so I consciously give life to the seeds I have been nurturing through the winter and early spring. I am aware of movement from within to without, aware of the energy surge that propels life forward into the new growth cycle and I hold on to my links to the Spirit Realms. I consciously unite my spiritual journey with my daily life as I move forward into the expansive growth cycle, so that I bring Spirit to the Fertile Force of manifestation.
