This revelation is based on the knowledge that the Illuminati first tried to make a master race of blue eyed blond haired people using the Nazis, then upon reading the book Brave New World (read here: classicreader/book/1279/ ) in which describes the elites plans on genetically engineering human beings to make them more controllable, and lastly on an interview from Al Blelick ( youtube/watch?v=hdMKVXsYeos ) in which he describes his journey time traveling for the government. and how he remarked how similar the people looked and that they were all white/caucasion. So with that background, I saw WHY this warning from a south african journalist back in 2000 not only has truth, but why it would be part of the plan of the elites. You see, the elites would want a reason to put in the history books and to give to the genetically altered race as to WHY they were genetically altered, and WHY there were no other races involved in the genetic modification. They need to prove to them that the other races are somehow violent, destructive, and would destroy the planet and themselves if allowed to exist. What better way to do that then to oppress those 3rd world countries to the point that they take over? this article written back in 2000 is not only prophecy, but shows that south africa is a test that the illuminati made to see how successful it would be here in the U.S. Thats how I see it.
