Happy Friday everyone! Got my Body Beast Bulk Arm workout done. Added in some push-ups & russian twists. Every day I add an extra push-up so I can build up strength, today I did 22. Russian twists can be done with or without weights. Its one of my favorite ab exercises. When you do them, try to lift your feet off the ground, it makes them a little harder but the results are worth it. Do 30 reps take a 10 second break and repeat for another 30 reps. (Each twist is not a rep, 1 rep is after youve twisted to each side)
