Happy Halloween- a makeup artists favorite holiday! Heres a little tip to spookify your costume. Block out your eyebrows and either draw new ones on or even leave them blank! Use a childrens glue stick and glue down the hairs across your brow. Really press into them so they lay flat against your skin. Use a couple coats so no stray hairs are sticking out. Once the glue dries, apply a heavy layer of concealer on top, pat a full coverage powder foundation over the top to set your makeup, and youre done! Try it, and let me see your pictures!
