Happy Happy Saturday All, I havent had a proper chance to give you an update on the Expo, so here we go ! I was so fortunate to be invited to be part of a health and wellness Summit/Expo last weekend. Not only was it a wonderful experience, I got to meet some truly inspiring people who are all actively involved in sharing their passion for healthy living. David Gillespie, author of many books including Big Fat lies, Sweet Poison Why Sugar is making us fat, The Sweet Poison Quit Plan, The Sweet Poison Quit Plan Cookbook and Toxic Oil. Jenny Ravlic: Jenny is owner and active speaker of Additive Education and has experience in FAILSAFE, dairy-free and additive-free living with her family of boys. Jenny has solved many issues from rashes on faces and asthma coughs to disruptive behavioural problems and motor tics. Megan Davis: Megan is a psychologist, specializing in sport, and also in injury and pain management and a Mum of three. Megan has worked with the Australian Swim Team as a team manager on National Event camps, and with the Australian Youth Team as a psychologist. Nicole Bijlsma: Nicole Bijlsma is a Melbourne-based Building Biologist who uncovers the sources of toxicity in our homes – mould, dust, electromagnetic fields, plastics, chemicals, water and more – and, substantiated by credible sources such as the WHO, links them to the rapid increase in illness in her new book, Healthy Home Healthy Family, published by Joshua Books and released in September 2010. I had an exhibit with my “Simple Goodness” products as you know, woo hoo ......., Tanya Molloy from Pathways to Natural Living and I shared an exhibit and kept each other in humour mode which isnt hard to do! This is all very new to me, as prior to having a family I was in admin and Branch Management not remotely related. However my friends “If you want to change something in your life, you have to do something you don’t normally do” the results may just surprise you ! Jackie xx
