Happy Monday!!! I am dedicating all of this weeks statuses to meditation. Why? Because meditation is the quickest way to get from where you are physically, emotionally, spiritually and economically (Yes, I said economically). It has been said that Prayer is the act of talking to God and Meditation is the act of listening. Although I have been meditating for years and encouraging my clients to do the same, I have to admit I was often inconsistent because sometimes it felt as though I wasnt doing it right. Then last fall, while still very much grieving my Moms passing and seeking comfort and calmness, (not in a pill form) I decided to get trained in Transcendental Meditation (TM for short). TM has been touted for its ability to transform you spiritually, physically, emotionally and economically. Oprah Winfrey, Russell Simmons, Ellen, Jerry Seinfeld, Katy Perry, Paul McCartney are just a few celebrities & business moguls who like millions of everyday people credit TM for there life success. Since I started my daily TM practice I have felt increasingly more creative, centered, and inspired than ever before. Business opportunities have been flowing in almost effortlessly and I have a renewed sense of overall well-being. TM is one of the worlds best secret, the irony is that it isnt a secret.
