Well done to all those runners yesterday I hope your resting up today. Here is just some yummy foods to try that are healthy and tasty and how many steps to do to burn it off. Half a cup of cinnamon ice cream, 130 calories Pumpkin Pie: 8,250 steps Bonus points if its homemade! All that stirring and pouring burns tons of calories! One slice of pumpkin pie, 323 calories Sweet Potato Fries: 4,200 steps Beware of sugary condiments! These are sweet enough on their own. So go for a small side of chilli instead. One serving of baked sweet potato fries (10-15) 170 caloriess Banana dipped in chocolate and nuts: 3,100 steps Makes: 6 servings 150 calories in each Ingredients 80 grams roughly chopped unsweetened baking chocolate 20-40grams roughly chopped milk chocolate 2 ripe bananas 1/3 cup coarsely chopped salted peanuts (or toasted coconut or cacao nibs if desired) Directions 1.Melt chocolate in a heat-proof bowl set over a pan of simmering water, stirring occasionally, until smooth. Meanwhile, line a baking sheet with wax paper. Slice bananas into thirds crosswise; insert a wooden freezer-pop stick or skewer in one end of each. Dip pieces in melted chocolate, spooning on additional chocolate to cover. Place on prepared baking sheet and sprinkle with chopped salted peanuts.
