Happy Monday #fitfam! Chest and triceps this morning! Exercise to the left is a combination move: start in plank, perform an up down plank, jump knees in, and explode up. Good ol fashion push ups in right upper corner and standing cable flies in lower right corner video. I topped my workout off with 1000 jump rope, 100 push ups, and 100 burpees.
