Happy Monday morning guys! Yick the weather is awful today, cold and blustering.. We are getting hail here at the mo! I am trying to come up with a really great plan to get this last 15KG off. The 30KG I have lost so far has come off through the food that I am consuming, cardio 3x per week with a little bit of weight work. But now that the weight loss is slowing, Im going to have to change it up a bit and work a lot harder. When I think of this 15KG it can feel a little overwhelming so I need to break it down (like I have with the 30KG) into 5KG goals. I am going to loose 5KG in 30 days, and Im going to have to work hard for it. My plan is to do the 30 day shred (Ill attach a link, its on youtube) its only 20mins a day but its pretty intense!! all you need is hand weights or something to hold in each hand (In the beginning I just held cans of soup) I am going to do this every day for 30 days aswell as my normal 3x per week cardio and my normal Tuesday walk with my BF. 30 day shred is awesome because its cardio mixed in with resistance training, but its short and sweet..I would rather go hard doing that for 20 minutes than spend an hour on a weight machine... then I can get on with the rest of my day. I will continue on with having my protein shake every morning, a salad or soup for lunch (or both) and a small dinner being a protein and vegetables and snacking on fruits and vegetables.
