Happy Monday!☀️✌️Start your week off right with an awesome plank cardio workout! This circuit works every muscle in the body! • 30 seconds of each exercise • 15 second rest in between exercises • Repeat the circuit 3-6 times 1. Plank Stairs 2. Plank Jacks 3. Mountain Climbers 4. Plank Squats We all have busy lives and sometimes its difficult getting a workout in. But have no fear, the solution is here! Doing exercises that target more than one muscle group at a time (as opposed to a bicep curl that works just the arms), optimizes your time spent working out by hitting more muscle groups in less time! Try combining exercises for faster workouts! Adding lunges to your bicep curls, squats with your over head presses, oblique leg raises with your shoulder raises, chair squats with your over head tricep extensions, or plank with your doggie lifts!
