Happy New Year 2015 from all of us at URRKN! I have nothing but high hopes and expectations for this year. Lets educate and help people understand they can save more lives by partnering with us, together we can make a huge impact not just in the lives of the kitties that we transport, but in the lives of the families who adopt them. Not only that but talk to some of our conductors, ask them how it feels to give a few hours and some gas to help a kitty reach forever. Its a life changing experience. I know that is a big statement but I’ve delivered kitties to their new forevers, I’ve helped get them there and I have read the stories that others share. What can you do to help? At the top of our group is a pinned post. It lists all of our needs. Even if you can’t fill one of the slots you can share the post to your wall. You may think I don’t know anyone in that area. That is fine, but one of your friends may and they will never have the chance to pass along the information if you don’t share it. So please make a commitment to share that needs list as often as you can, it is vital to getting these babies HOME! Please be kind and patient. You can’t please all people all of the time. We try, we do our best, we are human, we are volunteers. Do you know that there are more than 20 groups and pages that helps URRKN to run as smoothly as it can. MOST are set to secret and used for our admins to work on details to insure a successful transport. We understand that our process is long and sometimes confusing. This is for the protection of everyone involved. There are kitties in line waiting to ride the Love Train. Again please be patient. In the comments I will put our script that we use when someone says that they need a transport. Please copy it and save it to your computer. You then have it on hand when you see a post that says I’d adopt this one if it were closer. Simply tell them they need a foster and we can help. This is going to be an outstanding year. We are hopeful that you catch our passion and share it with as many people as you can. That is how we will Save The World One Sweet Kitty At A Time! We can’t do it without you!
