Happy New Year! Twenty years ago today, I began my yogasana practice as a New Years resolution. Like most resolutions, I fell from my practice many, many times. However, I resolved to never give up and I kept returning to my practice. No matter how long the duration or how frequently I fell off, I never gave up on that original resolution. Now, thanks to that New Years resolution of 1995 - and not giving up on it - Im able to help others on their yogic journey of developing mental and physical health, strength and well-being. We need to be strong in body and mind to optimally cultivate the inner qualities of generosity, ethical conduct, tolerance, zeal, mindfulness as well as the insight into cause-and-effect/relativity. So join me in ever-renewing our practice/fitness/wellness goals in 2015 and beyond!
