Happy New Year, beauties!! Woo hooo!! We get a fresh new start! A clean slate. We have CHOICES of how we choose to live this year. What joy we CHOOSE to bring to each thing we do and each person we interact with. The beautiful thing about a new year, is the reminder of hope that it brings us. The feeling we carry that things can be different, that we are capable of letting go, that we are actually worthy of having what we desire and that we will actually DO it this time. You know what the most amazing thing about all of that is, we can do that EACH day! We have the same opportunities each and every moment of our lives, not just on the new year. So, if in a few days or weeks, you havent lost those 10 pounds you were certain you would, or you havent followed through on that writing project you promised yourself that you WOULD work on this year, or any other thing you were certain you would do, know that you dont have to wait on a new year to carry that same hope and promise. You are granted brand new moments each and every minute! How awesome is that?! Dont be hard on yourself. Try again. Begin again. Pick up that pen and paper, go out for walk, do whatever it is or be whatever it is you desire. Your life IS hope.
