Happy New Year everybody!! My new years resolution (this is the first time I can ever remember having one!!) is to progress my camera skills. I bought my beloved Canon in April and since then have attended a fab course with Julie Christie Photography, as well as reading lots of books and articles! Even though I love learning, I often feel my camera gets left in its bag and I can go ages without using it. Recently I have seen lots of articles about starting a 365 photo project. This involves taking a photo of anything I want, using my camera, every day! Since this is going to be a big year for us I am hoping if I manage to complete it I will have a great collection of photos to look back on and hopefully will see an improvement in my photos! There are other keen photographers who have been on the same course as me who have also already started or are starting a 365 project. They have encouraged me to start a personal blog on Facebook so we can all follow each others progress! I thought I may as well invite whoever else would like to follow to do so as well! Lets hope this is a new years resolution I can stick too! Its going to be a huge commitment!!
