Happy New Year to everyone. I thought Id start 2015 with a couple of reminders and challenge/invitation. First, I remind everyone that (as I wrote when I started this) this is a page related to my position as Alderman and campaigns. I appreciate all of the friends I have on here, but dont expect daily or even weekly updates. I doubt anyone really wants a minute-by-minute rundown of my schedule anyway. That said, Id like to provide my perspective on any City (or State or National) issue you are curious about. Please let me know if youd like me to address an issue that is important to you, so I can gather my thoughts and address it. If I get too many requests (which would be great), Ill set up a poll on here and write up something on the top vote winners. I look forward to your requests and thoughts and I know we can (and will) have a thoughtful and respectful consideration of issues.
