Happy Saturday everyone! Paul and Bev had a really easy journey last night and arrived at 9:45 pm. Millie, (their Shih Tzu) had a high old time exploring every nook and cranny of our new home. It was a bit like, I recognise this furniture and these people but whats with the different carpet and so much space! Not sure what we are going to do today as everyone is still sleeping. I know a cooked breakfast is on order and we will have a barbecue sometime today despite the weather! For now though, I will love you and leave you with this thought - Many people will tell us that it doesn’t matter which road we take, we will all end up in heaven, no matter which route we took. . There is not a Buddhist way, a Mohammedan way, a philosophical way, a Christian way, etc.There is only one way. Jesus is the way, the truth and the life. If all roads would take us where we want to go, we wouldn’t need a road map. If as I do, live in Dorset and take the road west to Cornwall, I will not end up in London no matter how sweet, sincere and liberal-minded I am. If there were multiple ways to heaven, Jesus would not have had to suffer and endure the agony of the cross: He could just as well have stayed in heaven. But praise His name, He was willing to come to this earth, suffer and die in our place to purchase our eternal redemption. John 14:6 – “Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life.
