Happy Sunday my beautiful FUN fitness friends:) I was not so good last night. *everyone gasp loudly* LOL! We were out later than expected and daughter was starving so we ate at Skyline chili :-/ It was yummy, no lies there, but the guilt is another thing. Lately Ive been busting butt at the gym, and when I eat the wrong things like that my mind freaks out. Then I feel like I worked for nothing. - Confession Over- But I did speak with my hubby agreeing no more eating out. He is a magnificent cook, griller and we know how to throw down in the kitchen. So today is filled for us, between church and bowling, and grocery, we will see. But tomorrow is my 2 a day, as I like to call it....Elliptical and Hustle and Flow circuit class :D Create today beautifully, be kind to yourself and others, live for this day given as it was your last and do it with a smile !!!! ~ Tiffany
