Happy Super Soul Sunday and Song of the day. Change is hard and always a part of life. The hardest part in some circumstances, is trusting yourself, to trust yourself. This song came into my life many years ago, at the right and prefect time. And, it is presenting itself again. Its my Mirror song, so to speak. I have a hard time communicating my feelings and I know many of us do. It takes courage to have The Hard Conversations. You/We have the right to speak our truth. And, its up to the other person what they do with the information. Thats always the scary part. But, moving on is sometimes necessary and will let your heart run free. Holding on will only cause you more unwanted pain. Let Go!!!
