Happy Thanksgiving everyone. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Im thankful for many things in my life, but this is a list of the most important ones. Im thankful for a father, Michael Natale, whos taught me so much about respect and what it means to be a hard worker. I couldnt imagine growing up in a different household. My father, although sometimes a pretty strict and tough looking man is one of, if not, the kindest and most caring man Ive ever had the privilege to meet. Hes teaching me new things everyday about what it means to be a man, and what it means to help and respect others. I hope to be half the man he is. Im thankful for a mother whos always been the easiest parent to talk to and most laid back. Its great to have a mom whos just so relaxed about everything. We have a lot of good talks and laughs, shes the easiest parent to joke with. Shes my go to parent for the more controversial subjects, things that if I asked other family members Id be sure to get snapped at. Im thankful for having a family as closely knit and laid back as mine. Everyone lives so close by that I dont have to worry about waiting months or weeks to see them, theyre all right around the corner. Theyre all really easy to talk to and unique, they each have something special about them that I can go to for individual advice. Theyre hilarious and caring, and really know how to cook up some good food. Im thankful for my closest friends; Ben Majewicz, Jaliall Bailey, Jessica Norton, Christopher Kelly, Joey Maggi, Craig Zalewski and Seth Armand Marchese. You guys are the best. Always there for me when I need to get out and have some fun, and even when I just need a friend to talk to. Im very thankful to have the privilege to meet and get close with all of you. Weve shared many laughs and memories, and many more to come. Im thankful for all of the rest of the people Ive met through the years that may not be as close, because there are many of you out there that Ive had a good times with. Maybe in the next year Ill be fortunate enough to add your names to the list above. Im thankful, most of all, for my Great Grandfather, Stanley Novak, who passed away May 26th, 2012. He was the most inspirational person in my life. I spent so much of my childhood at his home, nearly every Saturday of every year up until the middle of middle school. We shared many good memories together, memories Ill cherish forever. He taught me so much about what it meant to be a gentleman. He taught me things from manors to math and pampered the hell out of me. Hed always let me do things my parents and family wouldnt, from learning to use a knife and eating in the living room infront of the TV to pouring my own drink and buying my own toys at the store. He always had this confidence in me, in everything that I did, that just made me feel so special. (A lot of writing, so I may have made a few mistakes, woops.)
