Happy Tuesday Ladies! Lateral Push Up Shuffle. Targets the Abdominals, Chest, Glutes, Lower Back, Shoulders, Triceps, Upper Back. 1. Get into standard push-up position with your hips, shoulders, and head in a straight line. 2. Moving laterally, position your right hand and right foot about seven or 8 inches farther to the right and then resume the standard push-up position by moving your left hand and left foot seven or 8 inches towards the right. 3. Shuffle to the right for five repetitions, then switch and shuffle to the left for five repetitions.
