Happy Tuesday!!! We love our family and where we are from. After completely surprising my family with our visit, we were shown a book of family history that our father has been maintaining for many years.....unbeknownst to us!!! Reading the life stories of my favorite aunts, uncles, and grandparents was so uplifting and very much reaffirming. Our folks were entrepreneurs!!!!! A good number of our family members started successful businesses and loved what they did. We really do! We are planning our grand reopening. So exciting ,and the time we spent with them was spectacular!!! After the car rental fell through, we went on and drove our own. Our trusty steed! Noone knew what day or even if it was Possible we could come at all. We had spoken to our sister and mother and grandmother entirely the whole trip. We told them the day of our arrival was simply undetermined and we would try to get there. Knowing full well we were setting sail for the long voyage home. Took us 10 hours!! We made stops. LOTS OF STOPS!!! Hello, people. The Carolinas and Virginia are homes to the most beautiful antiques anywhere. So we took our time. Admittedly. The looks on our familys faces when we showed up on their door steps were priceless!! So thankful. Now as far as the antiquing goes...RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!! Treasures!! Treasures!!!Treasures!!! We will keep you posted on when we will reopen and for the huge store sale to make room for the goods!!!! We havent room to contain our joy!!! Meanwhile, a friend informed us of construction right on our shops sidewalk. Thus, we will have to wait until they are finished so we can safely move things in and out. We also want a safe entrance for our customers. More importantly this is our passion in this lifetime and we wont be half-a!?$# about it. Stay tuned. Until then, feast your eyes on the goods!!! These are rare finds, folks!!!! We love beautiful and rare objects!!!! Wonder what came home with us??? All will be revealed soon!! Yay!!!!!
