Happy #WorkoutWednesday! Heres a workout to try out! My hubby and I have down a breakdown of the workouts! It may not look like much... BUT it will definitely get you a sweat! Below is a breakdown of the workout: * * * * * SHARE to save for later * * * * * - OR - * * * * *TAG a friend who might enjoy this workout * * * * * 10 reps of each exercise below! 1. Chair + Arm Circles (x2) + Reverse Lunge (R+L) 2. Tricep Push Up on Knees 3. Warrior 1 (Right Leg Back) 4. Warrior 1 (Left Leg Back) 5. Runners Pose + Right Knee Up 6. Runners Pose + Left Knee Up 7. Plankout Tricep Push Up 8. Bowlers Lunge (Right Leg Back) + Side Crunch 9. Bowlers Lunge (Left Leg Back) + Side Crunch 10. Plank Spiderman Lunge 11. Push Up + Side Arm Balance 12. Mini Burpees (or Burpee of your choice) Try 1 round! Better yet... try 2 rounds! Let me know how you did!
