Happy thanksgiving. This time of year I am always reminded of holidays with my grandmothers. Mama Clay had a way in the kitchen. She took her time and everything was better because of the love she put in it. I still try to make mashed potatoes as good as hers. My other grandmother. Mama Ross was always experimenting with congealed salads and casseroles but she too was an amazing cook. Most of all it was always great to be with family in holidays. Both had a strong faith and loved their family. Miss both of my mentors every day.
