Hardly a band embodies the mindset of the stereotypical Southern State American like Lynyrd Skynyrd. For 40 years, they sing the values of the honest, hard-working U.S. citizen evening comes home, gets put food on the table, drinks a beer in front of the TV and represents the head of the family.
