Harmony - attracts to us the spirits of light from the invisible world Meditate on the word ‘harmony’, concentrate on it, let it nourish you, so that little by little the idea of harmony infuses all your cells. Through harmony we attract the spirits of light from the invisible world; they become our friends and remain with us always. For the spirits of light are persistent, as persistent as the dark spirits, from which it is often so difficult to free ourselves. Why would friends not be as persistent as enemies? They come to support us, to bring us light, to counsel us, and if we follow their counsel we will always be very inspired. And so, even in the worst of situations, we should not despair: one day, it will turn to our advantage, because we will have been really inspired.
