Harold L. Lawler, 84 of Lawrenceville, GA, passed away peacefully Tuesday evening after a long illness. He was a U.S. Navy veteran, retired master printer, accomplished carpenter, VA nursing home volunteer, Baptist deacon, and family man. He was a member of Ivy Creek Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, June Rollins Lawler, their children; Susan (Weyman) Perry, Greg (Cheryl) Lawler, Johnny (Robin) Lawler, Drew (Anita) Lawler, Katie (Anthony) Fedele. Grandchildren, Ben (Candace) Perry, Daniel (Jenna) Perry, Mark (Shannon) Perry, Sam Perry, Emily (Blake) Goss, Chris Lawler, Mary Beth Lawler, John (Cassie) Lawler, Jake Lawler, Matthew Morrow, Paul, David & Alexandra Fedele and six great-grandchildren. Also survived by brother, J. Chris (Tammy) Lawler and many nieces & nephews. Funeral will be held on Friday, March 21, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at Ivy Creek Baptist Church, Buford, GA with Rev. Craig Dale and Rev. Larry Burgess officiating. Interment church cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, March 20, 2014 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Flanigans Funeral Home, in Buford. Donations may be made to Ivy Creek Baptist Church or Hospice Atlanta in memory of Harold Lawler
