Harpenden Town Council - We Are......Harpenden - consultation You may have seen recent information in the press or on-line about Harpenden’s Our Place project. Harpenden has been successful in gaining government funding for initial work on a project to develop an integrated hub for arts, culture and heritage services across our town. We have named this project ‘We Are…’ We are now at the start of a 2-stage consultation that will be used to create a longer term (Arts, Culture and Heritage) plan for the town and we need everyone’s help. As a result we are getting in touch with a very wide range of organisations and groups across Harpenden in order to reach as many Harpenden residents as possible.
