Harvey Norman is hiring Sales Consultant Type: Full Time Level: Fresh/Entry Level Available: 15 Position(s) Salary:RM1500 - RM2000 Job Description: -Achieve and maintain the sales requirement of the store manager. -Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs. -Recommended, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires. -Describe merchandise and explain use operation, and care of merchandise to customers. -Prepare copy of sales invoice or sales receipt for customers reference. -Place special orders or call other stores find desired items. -Demonstrate use or operation of merchandise. -Help customers try on merchandise to ensure the product is in good condition and functional before purchase. -Attaching price tags to merchandise on the shop floor. -Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices. -Provide information about warranties, manufacturing specializations, care and maintenance of merchandise and delivery options. -Educate and inform customers about the benefits and features of the companys products. -Maintain the cleanliness of the store. -Monitor inventory by means of daily checks and stock takes. -Willing to work on weekends and public holidays. -Greet customer and ascertain what each customer wants or needs. -Keeping up to date with special promotions and putting up hanging mobiles. -Attaching price tags to merchandise on the shop floor.
