Has anybody noticed, , , were a nation in decline? Can you tell by what is happening with the Ukraine and Russian affair? Do you know why, what the bottom line reason is? It is because of the U.S. Government spending money, usurping powers and committing constitutionally contemptuous Acts that exceed the eighteen powers and spending items WE granted them under Article I Section 8, pursuant to the Ninth and Tenth Amendment laws. And, to make our Republic even weaker, our elected Republican and Democrat enemies of our Bill of Rights are using the IRS to collect withholding taxes, employment taxes and income taxes, to pay for the things they are NOT ALLOWED TO DO under the rule of law and making our country impoverished, when the States and the people are, by law, to pay for EVERY SINGLE THING not granted to the U.S. Government. And, according to the SCOTUS, there is NO LAW that allows the IRS to collect income taxes on wages or salaries. If WE The People would have the guts to restore OUR LAWs our Republic would be very VERY wealthy again. Trillions of Government spent money would be in our family bank accounts and our Republic would again be very wealthy and very powerful. The ONLY WAY to do that is to compel our State Representatives to sponsor and pass our State of Wisconsin Joint Sovereignty Resolution with Arrest Provision which shall lead up to incremental State nullification of all Federal spending, without prejudice, all usurped powers and all unlawful Acts of Congress and the Executive Branch since 1913. Also to incrementally nullify all income taxes until we reach obedience with the findings and rulings of the SCOTUS. Then our Republic, by way of We The People will be wealthy and powerful once again. Remember there were no taxes until 1913 and during that period we became the wealthiest and most powerful Republic in the history of the World. Lets go forward by restoring the rule of OUR Ninth and Tenth Amendment laws by State Sovereignty Resolutions with Arrest Provisions so that we can start the Nullification process to return America into GREATNESS and turn on the Holy light of Freedom, in that Shining City Upon the Hill. - Capt.
